AVIAN is supporting programs in the Effects Deployment Office (FXDO) of Precision Strike Weapons Program Office, PMA 201.  This office is responsible for research, development, acquisition and sustainment of the Navy's air-to-ground precision guided weapons, general-purpose bombs, aircraft armament-related equipment, and all cartridge/propellant actuated devices. The FXDO responsible for the development of new programs. We are looking for a talented Senior Acquisition Lead who is familiar with NAVAIR Acquisition Processes and has experience with DoD Instruction 5000.02 .   The Senior Acquisition Lead will work closely with both the Long Range Anti-Ship Missile (LRASM) Program and the Hypersonic Air Launched Offensive Anti-Surface Weapon (HALO) program and will work with Integrated Program Team Leaders (IPTLs), engineers and other analysts in the production and development efforts of LRASM development of HALO.   At AVIAN (pronounced *a-v-yin*) we believe in the extraordinary potential of every individual.
