About the Role
AVIAN is seeking a Program Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and program management support to the Digital Architecture Integrated Product Team (IPT). The successful candidate will support the planning, execution, and coordination of digital architecture initiatives by maintaining schedules, tracking deliverables, monitoring action items, and preparing programmatic reports and executive-level briefings.
This role serves as a key contributor to the day-to-day operations of the IPT and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across technical and functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess foundational project management experience and a working knowledge of digital engineering principles, Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture concepts.
