About the Role
Logistics Specialist III will support PMA-207 C-40 Platform performing variety of sustainment initiatives. Specific efforts include Peculiar Support Equipment sustainment strategy, DMSMS, CFM 56 engine analytics, Property Governance Logistics analysis and reporting, Technical Directive (TD) analysis and reporting, and Depot requirements. The Logistics Analyst should have a significant amount of Commercial Derivative Aircraft (CDA) expertise and utilize that experience to support multiple Navy commercial contracts and sustainment efforts. The Logistics Specialist III is directly accountable to the C-40A Lead Logistics Integrator.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 12 years of progressively responsible experience in logistics, aviation sustainment, acquisition, or a closely related field is required.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive knowledge of industry principles, concepts, practices, and procedures and is recognized as a subject matter expert within their area of specialization.
This individual applies seasoned judgment and technical expertise to independently plan, prioritize, and execute complex assignments with minimal oversight.
They are expected to analyze and resolve challenging problems, develop innovative solutions, and provide strategic recommendations that influence program outcomes.
The selected candidate may serve as a technical lead, mentor junior personnel, and provide consultation on highly complex projects and initiatives.
They must be capable of effectively collaborating with senior leadership, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders and may report directly to a Program Manager, Director, or Executive-level leader.
