We are seeking a Budget Analyst, Senior to support our team in Patuxent River, Maryland. This role is located within the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262).

Responsibilities

Functional Description: Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. Analyze budgeting and accounting reports. Responsibilities include:

  • Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA)
  • Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements
  • Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Master’s Degree or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions include a Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description, OR Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Experience: This position requires more than 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
